Dr.. Tamer M. Elbaz is a distinguished medical professional specializing in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology. He earned his M.D. from Cairo University, Egypt, and a G.C.E. from the University of London, UK. With postgraduate training, including a fellowship at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Medical Center, Nova Iorque, he later became Director of Pain Medicine Fellowship Training Program. At SUNY Downstate Medical Center, Nova Iorque, he served as Chief Resident, demonstrating leadership in Anesthesiology.
